Okay, I am doing pretty well at 500 yards - I am not winded or out of breath at the end of the workout.
My pool is closed for the next week and a half for cleaning (the whole YMCA shuts down).
When I go back, I was thinking about doing two 750 yard swims 6 days a week. How does this sound for fat burning and toning?
Good idea or not?

How many yards do you suggest doing then, 1000?
750 twice a day is 1500.
Are you saying it's better to do 1000 once a day than two 750's?
