I received a challenge from New masters swimmer aka jim B

"Overall I'm not quite ready to vanquish Ande yet .... but I am formally challenging Ande on the 500 free...... At the end of the short course season, the man with the slower 500 free time has to buy the other swimmer one beer for every second he is behind the faster swimmers time .... (kinda like the John Smith vs Bobby Patten bet at Nationals last year) ..... Hopefully Ande will go to Nationals in Coral Gables this year so we might get to face off head to head in the 500. Ande has more overall speed than I do right now ..... so I think that the 500 is my best chance (if there is any chance at all?).... but what the heck.... I can't just roll over and submit defeat to an ex longhorn now can I!!??"
Should I accept?

Raz,
I'm placing a six pack on you to win.
I'm telling you right now..... as your team captain for life...... you must crush him. Remember, it's not about winning. It's about embarassing the enemy. It's about pure ego.
I want a clear and decisive Longhorn victory out of you or I'm telling Eddie. You will wear a burnt orange Longhorn cap for this event, and I will be behind your lane when you finish. After the meet, I take you to get a Longhorn tatoo on your back.
Losing will cost you an extra six-pack and verbal abuse on the forum for 1 year.
