I need a way to let out some anger safely, and I figure doing it during my swim tomorrow is a good enoug way. Any suggestions? (Background: I just got a new car two weeks ago - my first one - and today it was dented by some ******* in a parking lot. Two golfball sized dents and streaks of white paint. And I have to pay for the repairs myself. I'm so depressed and angry at the same time.....)

You will be responsible for the deductible, so if the job will cost more than your deductible, you should submit it to insurance. This should NOT affect your future insurance costs. You are not submitting an at-fault claim. If your insurance carrier wants to raise your rates because you submit this claim, consider a different carrier. As for aggression in the pool, I'm sure we're all different. I tend to take out my aggressions on a long, aerobic swim. The more I contemplate whatever issue is getting me mad, the harder I tend to push the pace. I have done some of my fastest 1000s while stewing about something.
