I need a way to let out some anger safely, and I figure doing it during my swim tomorrow is a good enoug way. Any suggestions?
(Background: I just got a new car two weeks ago - my first one - and today it was dented by some ******* in a parking lot. Two golfball sized dents and streaks of white paint. And I have to pay for the repairs myself. I'm so depressed and angry at the same time.....)

My mantra is "control what you can control, let go of the rest" therefore, you can't control the jerk who hit your car...but you can control your peace of mind & body. Working out is a great way to let go of some of that frustration! I would suggest working on stronger strokes...really slipping those fingers into the water and pulling through your stroke.
Maybe visualize the jerk in the lane next to you and "race"?
Either way, I am sorry to hear about your car. Dood, that sux.
Here's to a great workout!
