Best way to let out aggression while swimming?

I need a way to let out some anger safely, and I figure doing it during my swim tomorrow is a good enoug way. Any suggestions? (Background: I just got a new car two weeks ago - my first one - and today it was dented by some ******* in a parking lot. Two golfball sized dents and streaks of white paint. And I have to pay for the repairs myself. I'm so depressed and angry at the same time.....)

Maybe some yoga, so you don't drown yourself. Just kidding. Kind of. Actually, swimming is a great way to work off some aggression. The best way I've found in the water? Shorter distances, faster intervals. Some butterfly, too, if you're bright-red-shaky-angry. Longer distances give you time to think about being angry and then you're just swimming around being angry. A nice, hard workout always does wonders for the temper. It's hard to be angry when you're so tired you can't see straight. ;)
