Help!
I'm trying to aquire the motivation to swim daily...well six days a week, one day of rest. I need to lose around 50 pounds by winter, but I still can't get myself in the pool.
I don't know why. I guess a few reasons could be:
(1) Social anxiety
(2) People seeing how fat I am
(3) Failing
Can someone help me gain motivation to get into the pool so I can improve my life?

I'm really curious what you would be swimming from a dive. Maybe when nobody is looking ....... ;)
Well that's not what is important now anyhow.
How many days have you been swimming now?
I found that after about 3 weeks my endurrance really started picking up.
I'm sure once you begin to see and feel a difference motivation will no longer be a problem.
