Help!
I'm trying to aquire the motivation to swim daily...well six days a week, one day of rest. I need to lose around 50 pounds by winter, but I still can't get myself in the pool.
I don't know why. I guess a few reasons could be:
(1) Social anxiety
(2) People seeing how fat I am
(3) Failing
Can someone help me gain motivation to get into the pool so I can improve my life?

Ande, thank you for your response. I can see you're a real regular around here.
I just went to the gym and worked out with my personal trainer. I'll see how I feel in a few hours. If I am up to it, I'll go swim. If not, I'll go tomorrow.
I only goto my personal trainer Tuesday and Thursday.
I'll take ya'lls advice and just swim 500 yards. No worries, right?
