Help!
I'm trying to aquire the motivation to swim daily...well six days a week, one day of rest. I need to lose around 50 pounds by winter, but I still can't get myself in the pool.
I don't know why. I guess a few reasons could be:
(1) Social anxiety
(2) People seeing how fat I am
(3) Failing
Can someone help me gain motivation to get into the pool so I can improve my life?

I wouldn't repeatedly do sprint training. If you want to lose weight you want to do more aerobic based training ... like 5 x 100 (or 50) with a rest interval of :05 or :10 ... mix fast swimming in too, but do some easy or moderate distance too ...
