Help!
I'm trying to aquire the motivation to swim daily...well six days a week, one day of rest. I need to lose around 50 pounds by winter, but I still can't get myself in the pool.
I don't know why. I guess a few reasons could be:
(1) Social anxiety
(2) People seeing how fat I am
(3) Failing
Can someone help me gain motivation to get into the pool so I can improve my life?

I checked out the workouts. You're right, they are advanced.
I think a good starting point is 500 yards. 1000 yards seemed to be my failing point, so half of that should be okay. Am I making sense or just rambling?
