It wouldn't hurt to move to Austin and workout with Longhorn Auquatics every day (or perhaps some other semi-large to large masters team)........I miss having that team environment at practice.....good old healthy workout competition.......a very valuable variable in the whole getting faster theme! I also like the swimming journal idea....(and/or Blog).....setting intermediate goals and long term goals and keeping them nearby where you can remind yourself daily of them......This is probably one of your many swimming tips I'm sure? Keeping journal, setting goals and reminding yourself daily about your goals are all very helpful ande Originally posted by newmastersswimmer It wouldn't hurt to move to Austin and workout with Longhorn Auquatics every day (or perhaps some other semi-large to large masters team)........I miss having that team environment at practice.....good old healthy workout competition.......a very valuable variable in the whole getting faster theme!
