Whenever I get home from swimming my cat couldn't be more happy to see me. He roles around all over my feet and legs rubbing and biting, I think he gets high off the chlorine. When I take my suit off and put it in the shower, he goes in and rolls all around in it purring and meowing. I think this is so funny...by the time I get out of the shower he is rubbing all over my flip-flops and usually falls asleep with his head on my flipflop.
So I was wondering if anyone elses cat loves chlorine? It really is the cutest thing, he is definately his momma's cat.
After my Saturday morning workout I usually get home about 8:00AM and slip back into bed with my wife. Miss Muffin would come up on the bed (if she wasn't there already) and nudge her nose in my still wet and chloriney beard. She just loved it.
Our new kitten, Kitty Gidley, 4 months old, loves water! She doesn't mind being bathed and just last week we took her in the back yard pool. I held her and slowly walked into the water. She was as mellow as can be. Let her go and she swam the *** paddle to the side and jumped out. My wife thinks she is a Turkish Van cat who apparently love the water.
No plans to enter the Alcatraz swim yet.;)
