    I think the article in USAToday was right on target. But also, the only coaches I've talked to say that there is so much pressure right now & popularity of the IM's that guys want to do those races and not the free sprints. It seems to me that the shorter distances are so heavily "marketed" and teams can get more points out of having sprinters that many teams are so heavily focused on IM & getting guys rto try stroke sprints. They'll get more points out of one guy. Also, I looked at stills of sprints. In the 50s they are moving so fast that the camera shuttle cant' focus on them. It is incredible.
