If you look at Mark's training regime you see is clearly focused on quality over quanity work. Did anyone see what a nice wave with his hips he had in is race. No wonder to me that he became a world champion with a technique as nice as this and such a good and steady rythm. I surely will follow is workout regime the next week to work on my *** sprints. brgds matthias
