Click on that and it should start the audio stream after it buffers, etc. They don't have an archive of the broadcast available, I believe, so you listen to it live or not at all.
If you look at it right now (3 pm EDT) it says "LIVE AUDIO 00:00" which means that you will get live audio at midnight their time which is 6 PM EDT.
Note that some web browsers can be grumpy about running their audio stream. I usually use Opera as my browser, but have to switch to Internet Explorer if I want to listen.
