Your coach seems to be practicing that idea--swimming...tennis ball throwing.... ;) Seriously, I think a lot of ppl are conditioned by contact team sports like football, hockey, basketball...and they can't deal with a sport that involves simple speed, stamina, coordination--AND NO FIGHTS! Maybe if swimmers tried to push and shove one another out of the way as they proceeded to the end of the pool, our correspondent would like it better. ;)
