!NSR! Setting up a board

I know that this thread will be closed really soon, but I would love if I could get some answers first. I have my own website (one of those dinky little do it yourself things), but I would be more than willing to set up a board on it (it already has an unused chat room if anyone is interested tell me). Problem is I don't know how, does anyone know a place where I can find out how or would be willing to take the time to shoot me an e-mail or PM telling me. Thanks a bundle!

On YOUR OWN BLOG, since the value it added to the swimming community was absolutely NOTHING. This board is supposed to serve all age groups in the masters range. What a 40-44 year old male is doing isn't much help to a 50-54 year old FEMALE. ...Your methods of training don't have to be the methods used by everyone. In that regard, can anyone really post anything to this site? Where does it stop? This whole board has become such drama. I think it's great that someone of Ande's caliber shares with us what they are doing for many of the points that you listed. I pretty much gave up swimming 9 years ago, because I torn my shoulders to pieces swimming in college. And now I have kids, work, life, etc. and there are not many coached places to swim around, so reading threads like this inspire me to add things or shoot for things to put into my workouts. I, like you to some extent, have to listen to my body and realize when enough is enough. I still find the time to get in 2 to 3 times a week before work and one morning on the weekends if/when possible. Sure, I can't pull of his yardage or intervals, but I modify some of these workouts or add some of these sets (on different intervals) into my workouts. I understand your complaint about the size and personal comments to some extent, but to me, the benefits of this "blog" far out weigh the downsides. Please don't let your personal issues ruin this for the many of us that are benefitting from Ande's posts. Good luck with your blog.
