SPRINTERs are rebels .... hmmm

Just my views and opinion on what I think will work well ...

I have posted some of my thoughts and new beliefs on training and sprint work we need and how our traditional training is just different than it should be for almost all pool events.... I did not know about young man's path - but if one needs "proof" - the clock never lies and he is the fastest man in the world !!! Gold medal !!!  Rebel with a cause is the title and

Of course we can't get all the equipment and tech and all - but just ignoring the yardage tracking addiction we all have and doing true all out sprints ... add some max sculling for 10s to build those shoulders support ... don't grind them shoulders on distance too much - that did all the damage to mine - work on flexibility - this is EASY and an absolute requirement to swim for a long long time....
