Well in that case, come on down! I live about 45 minutes away from where it was filmed and the scenery is exactly the same. I can even show you the places where they shot it.
As for the pretty parts, that's the northern part in the pan handle(where I'm going to school next year) It's gorgeous. Lake Pend Oreille (sp) is a great place for open water swimming.
No worries about offending anyone....I hate it too.
