Busy paramedics at Nationals

Did anyone notice that the paramedics were very busy at Nationals? I saw a lady dislocate her shoulder My teammate badly dislocated his finger and broke it Another, broke his toe Another whacked his foot on the wall I saw an older lady bleeding profusely I, myself, forgot to breathe the first 80 or so yards of the 200 back, hyperventilated, and had paramedics... And that's just what I saw! I certainly wasn't there the whole time. Anything else, or was it mostly my team? :p

I was told by my daughters swim coach that you breathe in and then out every other stroke on the back. So you breathe in, stroke two times, breathe out, stroke two times...... It has helped me when I remember to do it. The hard part is remembering.
