Do any of you have any recommendations for top notch pool/aquatic center designers/builders who would be available for a project in Southern California, including at least one fifty meter comp pool?

When you build the pool, build a warm down section. If you have the space, build two long course pools. It would be great for training purposes and the pool who either rent one pool out or hold two practices at once. Don't forget, have enough sitting area separate from the stands.
These are just a few things that I would love to see at a long course that I would compete or train at.
