New to site and serious about improving my workouts. Would like to exchange notes with other members and also find someone for weekend workouts in near west Chicago suburbs. Normally swim at Concordia College pool in River Forest but can travel.

Hey Kevin! I used to live in River Forest, loved it! If you feel like traveling out to Arlington Heights there is a fabulous team, The Seadogs, that workout at the Wellness Center right of off Central. It's close to the expressway (290, 90, and 355) and we have morning and night practices. The people on the team are awesome!
