Question #2: What do you find to be the greatest stroke flaw for butterfly swimmers that you coach, and what do you do to help correct it?
I believe it was Scott Rabalais who wrote an article a year or two ago on butterfly technique for Swim Magazine (which was what we then got with our memberships) called something like "Duck & Dive". I liked it (especially the photos), but I can't find it on-line (not without a subscription anyway).
