It sounds like a great club to belong to. Nothing beats having an excellent coaching staff. There's a video clip of Jim's "perfect race" on the www.usaswimming.org site. Type his name in under the search section.
The race analysis is very interesting too. A few comments were made about how much faster he could have been using today's starts and turning techniques. He was also wearing the drag type of suit and no goggles.
...and Mollie, that was some very even splitting. Nicely done.
