Thanks for the tip on the book. I'll have to pick up a copy. Being a distance swimmer, I'm sure you could appreciate it when a coach says something about a long set of 100's with a one minute interval. Thankfully, that was pretty much for Hackett only.
I see that Brian Goodell is back in the pool again. I'm sure that he's in it for the fun though. After all the mileage these guys put in, it's no wonder that some of them developed an aversion to chlorinated water.
