Actually, no. Yes, I swam faster than that in college, but I was never able to break 1:50 in high school. I was really a distance swimmer in those days and didn't have enough speed for a good 200 free. I'm pretty happy to swim faster at 35 than in high school and I know I can swim even faster!
BTW, Bobby Hackett was an amazing distance swimmer. I read the book Four Champions, One Gold Medal last year. Great read, especially to hear how those guys trained!
