When do you swim?

I am an evening swimmer 8:30-10:00 Our outdoor long course pool opened, but is only going to be used for am (6:00-7:30) workouts for the next month. I love swimming outdoors and long course so I thought, "I'll do it- I'll swim in the morning". So I did today. Now it is about 1pm and I am fading fast. I can't keep my train of thought. I just put my head down to get a little micro-sleep and noticed two different socks poking out from my pant bottoms (One all black anfd one black with red flowers). I was just curious what the break down of amers/lunch timers/pmers was. Also, any advice on how to get up in the morning?

  • I swim M W F at 12 noon short course, Tuesday 8AM long course, Sat 9:30 short course, and Sunday 8AM long course. In the summer I swim at 8 AM long course several day a week. So great to be retired. With ski season approaching, it will be mostly weekends in Denver...who wants to stand in a lift line and a couple of short workouts during the week at Breckenridge at 8,500 ft...gasp gasp. When I was teaching in GA I only swam at night if I was not stuck in Alpharetta traffic! It took me an hour to get to Dynamo or Mt View so I just gave up! Did not like getting home at 9PM at night.
