I work for a little business which runs bike and walking tours (hikes) in the Tuscan countryside around Florence (the one in Italy). I Bike Italy
I also organize a non-competitive swim across the Strait of Messina, which means swimming from the island of Sicily to the Calabrian coast, which is the toe of the boot of the peninsula of Italy I Swim Italy
