I have SO MUCH RESPECT for the ICN nurses. You not only take care of these helpless little creatures, you take care of the parents (who feel like helpless little creatures!) You are amazing and totally underappreciated for all that you do (I think mostly because most of the population doesn't even know the ICN is there).

I think that nurses in general are underappreciated. The doctors are often times only as good as their nurses. In my case my excellent histotechnologists and physician assistant make my job so much easier...
