I post from my job. I spend most of my day in front of the computer, so I pop in and out of the forums on and off during the day to see what's going on. :)
Work. I often do LONG runs of data with lots of downtime while waiting for the results of the run so I can proceed to the next step. This fills the time and my employer doesn't care much as long as the work gets done on time and correctly.

I do this at work. Should I? No. But I have ADD ... probably actually ADHD (undiagnosed of course) so I can't focus on any one thing too long. I pop in and out all day long in between other projects or whatever. I also am leaving my job in a few months to go back and get my masters. So I'm not as motivated as I should be ... oh well ... I work pretty hard most of the time.
I post my replies both at work and at home.
I work part-time at a recording studio for a non-profit organization. Since we record digitally through the computer, I spend my time multi-tasking, recording our volunteers who read the newspaper and whatever else and I silently head off to this message board to read posts on swimming.
When I'm at the pool, that's a different story...

Home-usually after 10:00pm. I'm way too busy at work...(but I do fit in my swimming and yoga every day & strength training 2-3 days as well).
At least you have your priorities right!!!:D
