I did a clinic run the coach of the Pacemakers (some of their swimmers came out for it as well) and he seemed like a solid coach. Good clear explanations, worked well with swimmers of several levels of ability. I couldn't say for their regular workouts, but I would drop in with them if I was in the area, I think.
