This is for the outdoor/open water swimmers of the group...
Do you ever wear a rashguard when you swim? I'm not so much a wetsuit kind of person, but am pondering the merits of getting a rashguard in order to give my upper body a little extra sun protection. Living in Denver, the intensity of the sunshine can be a nightmare for someone that can burn easily (me).
I've been looking at Speedo's rashguards, and they offer a fair amount of UV protection. I'm hoping that they might add a bit of warmth too. However, I'm wondering if anyone has used them regularly, and if there are any benefits or problems that you've had with them.
Thanks!

A company called Sunprecautions ( http://www.sunprecautions.com ) makes a shirt specifically for swimming that is for UV protection. I've never used it, but my wife (a horse trainer) swears by their stuff as she is often at outdoor horse shows for endless hours during the summer. On the down side, they don't exactly give it away.
