When I e-mailed FINA back in February, they said it is usually April or May. You can get a pretty good idea if you made it or not by looking at previous years times and comparing where you would be in the USMS top ten. If you are in the top three or four in your age group in the USMS top ten, it is a pretty good bet you will make world top ten. Be paitent, you are not the only one waiting. :)
