art and the meaning of swimming

My twin brother is a former swimmer and current artist, and I told him about the "Meaning of Swimming" thread on this forum. I also told him how at night when I try to get to sleep, I will sometimes visualize myself flowing through the water, very relaxed, effortless in the blue water. John has been working on digital art in recent years, and he did a semi-abstract animation that gets some of this feeling across. I invite one and all to take a look at his website: www.jrtart.com Once you log on, click on "animation galleries" and scrowl down until you see one with a picture of a sunset, then play this. It probably works best if you have a cable or DSL modem, otherwise it can take a while to view it. If you check it out, let me know what you think and I will forward your comments to John. He said he may try to do some more swimming art in the future. Thanks.

Continuing with your theme on the twin brothers connection between Jim and John.....I wonder if John also felt a sharp pain in his foot (way out in New Jersey) the moment that Jim had his accident in PA? By the way, since you know Jim personally (being a teammate of his), I guess you must have some interesting stories to tell about Jim.....Maybe you can share on or two of them with us sometime....(I'm sure Jim wouldn't mind).
