My twin brother is a former swimmer and current artist, and I told him about the "Meaning of Swimming" thread on this forum. I also told him how at night when I try to get to sleep, I will sometimes visualize myself flowing through the water, very relaxed, effortless in the blue water.
John has been working on digital art in recent years, and he did a semi-abstract animation that gets some of this feeling across. I invite one and all to take a look at his website:

Wow! That website is really cool! I bet your brother enjoys fractal geometry a lot! (being an artist and mathematician).....Did your brother make any comments about our poetry thread here? ....and can we submit a poem or two to him via e-mail (or via his website)....or do you think that would be too intrusive? (I'm sure he doesn't want to be bombarded with tons of poems from all over the place).....I have one poem that I wrote on the poetry thread (page 4 or 5 of the thread I believe) that I actually like somewhat (my other poems posted there were "just for fun" poems and joke poems more or less)....I will send it to you in a PM.
