I have been swimming for a while now and there is one thing I can never explain - I will always swim better towards the evening than in the first half of the day.It always feels a lot better swimming in the evening, too.I think I am also faster in the evening. Can anybody explain why that happens?

I read an article recently that reported that lung capacity increases later in the day. I don't recall it stating that this was the case with all people all the time. Could this be the answer to your question?
