Winnie,
I get tired also, and maybe need a breath. So lets see a story on improving one hand breaststroke/butterfly turns, or how to stop and turn at the flags. I always like a good push off the bottom. I bet my time and stroke count would go down if I just turned in the middle of the pool. Most runners don't race but when was the last time Running Magazine did a cover story on how to walk to the fridge? Yes, some people may only be able to walk that far but should it or would it be a cover story?
