phelps went 1:35.91 in the 200 Free prelims,
he split it beautifully his 25 times were:

when you compare his first and second 100

The site has all the results up except the men's 200 free and the men's 400 IM, they don't even list the women's 400 IM. Kinda frustrating. Oh well ... I should be working since I'm at work anyway ;)
They are all up now ... some surprises I'd say. I wonder how some of the Olympians will do in finals. You can never take prelims too seriously, but I would have thought Natalie would have been higher than fourth in her two events, and I'm surprised that Klete Keller was as far back as he was in the 200. Some great swims though!
Peirsol, Hansen, Crocker and Walker teamed up for a phenomenal medley relay, too ... What a dream to have those three at Texas all at the same time. Nice job Eddie Reese!
hello,
those were my goal splits
today I went 2:00.85 in the 200 IM
my splits were
48 Rasmussen, Anders 41 Longhorn 2:00.85
11.37 14.03
15.17 14.53
17.81 18.25
15.31 14.38
Ends up I needed to relax a little more on the fly and
not use my legs so much on backstroke
When I got the breaststroke I had little left, and
was really hurting in the freestyle.
I've got to remind myself, the 200 im is an agonziing race,
I've got to really take it easy on the front end,
it's more important to have something left at the 100 for the *** and free.
But 2:00.85 is my best IM in a long time.
Also I wore a high neck fast skin
I wish I would have had another chance to swim it tonight.
I would have worn a fast skin 2, plus I would have split it smarter.
I'd really like to get under 2:00 this season.
My zone meet is in a month.
