We just had our first meeting tonight of a new masters club in Ohio. Ten people showed up at the local Y. Just starting, wish us luck. Just inquiring about open water swims held in the Great Lakes Zone. Any information about training for an open water would be greatly appreciated. I have to imagine that it is very distance oriented.
