Has anyone waxed before their big meet of the season? I haven't heard about anyone personally that has done it but I am just wondering if someone has done it.

I've waxed but not because of a meet. Here's the thing with waxing: you should do it the day before, especially if you haven't waxed before because you don't know how your skin will react and it's a good idea to give your skin a chance to "calm down", as it can be a little irriated.
It's probably a good idea to have a pro do it for you, at least the first time.
