Okay folks I know there are a couple of similiar threads below but......Tomorrow I'm swimming my first masters meet for 18 months and have entered the 200 M Free . I've only ever swum a handful of these babies but kind of like them. Not as demanding as the 400/800 and not the all out splash of a 50 or 100. Bit like me really, fast but not real fast. Fit and but real fit.
So how should I swim this race ? I've left it a bit late but thanks in advance for any imput.

Don't really worry about the first 100. Focus on the third 50 and really get your legs going on the last 50.
