Went to see my therapist today because I was concerned about a lump that has been growing on the front of my shoulders. It turns out what I was seeing is my deltoid muscle!! Anyhow, he said that I seem to be advancing quite well in my recovery and only need to return if I have questions or if my recovery seems to have stopped. He suggested that I continue a slow and gradual path back to my old swimming routine, as I have been doing, and that it might take another 2-3 months to be back to my original capacity. It was a good day so I thought I would share!!

~Kyra Thanks Kyra! I plan on working towards a 800 SCY swim now. If my confidence is good, I just might go to amy first meet and let 'er rip. As far as being back in the water, it feels great! I botched a turn or two tonight when I was getting tired and took a fair share of water into my nose; loved every minute of it.
