I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

A glass of oj, a banana, a nonfat (2% actually) latte--160-170 degrees of course, 1500 mg of glucosamine, and about an hour later a bagel.
