Breakfast?

I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    I take a cup of cooked cereal with fruits 1 hr before the workout. And about 30 minutes after workout, I take some carbonhydrates, like a baggle for instance. I found this helps my blood sugar level during the workout as well as replenishes energy afterwards.
