I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

I also swim at night instead of the morning. If I swam in the morning and ate first I'd throw up in the pool. I have to have a fairly empty stomach when I work out.
If I were to swim in the morning I'd have to be in the pool at like 4:30 to get a decent work out in. Which would mean getting up at like 3:45 - not gonna happen!
