I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

I need protein after a swim to hold me through. If I am working a day shift and just eat cereal I am totally empty by 10 and ready to eat the desk! Oatmeal will hold me but its better to have an egg, or cheese or something with protein then I am not hungry for a long time.
