I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

It depends on how long I swim in the morning. If I do two hour practices like this morning I bring that power bar junk (gel) to the pool and have it in the middle of the workout and then when I am done I eat fruit a low fat granola bar and drink loads of liquids. I also have veggies cut up so that I can munch on them. I also have V-8 in my fridge at work and a glass of that warts off starvation. I find that grazing all day long in little quantities helps. I don't get super hungry at any point.
