I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

Some people in the early morning group don't eat breakfast, but there is no way I could do that. I have a bowl of cereal (great grains with pecans) with some extra pecans sprinkled on top and a glass of iced tea. If it's cold out (say below 45) I will have hot tea instead of iced tea.
A problem with me is that when I have breakfast at 5 AM I want to eat lunch really early (like about 9:30). Sometimes I will have a little snack during the day when I swim early.
