I started swimming in the mornings with the masters team this week, and man, am I hungry!! What does everyone eat for breakfast? I feel like I'm not eating as well as I did before I started swimming in the mornings, and I don't really know what I should be eating. I'm hungry all the time. I used to have Special K for breakfast, but it doesn't last at all after swimming. Any suggestions?

Hi ya...
I used to have one of those zone bars before the workout (like 30 mins before, on the drive there) and then have a banana or yoghurt (or even an Israeli-style breakfast salad) at home or later and that seemed to do the trick. Remember to stay hydrated, though!
