This probably isn't original, but I thought it was cute. (I my search of the forum didn't hit on it) I was coaching today and said I didn't have anything special for MLK day... One of the swimmers suggested... "I.M. Free" So the fast lane did the following 6 times thru 100 IM (send off starting at 1:20 increase by 10 sec per) 200 Free (send off starting at 3:00 decreasing by 10 sec per) Jack Kangas Buckeye Masters
