Positive Drive Fins -- has anybody tried them? (Here's a link: www.swim2000.com/product.php
Unlike the other fins, these can be used when swimming breaststroke, I'm curious on how they would improve/help with that stroke (aside from a better leg workout!) Would love to know if anyone has actually used them.

I am partial to Zoomers, but I have ordered a pair of these fins.
But remember you will not greatly improve leg strength using any fin. You can improve leg endurance, but no fin addresses the real needs of breaststroke. It is the muscles that pull the feet up to the butt that gets tired, not the muscles that force the feet together during the actual kick. Too many coaches use drills that actually slow down the kick. The kick must be explosive.
Remember that power is force divided by time. You can only increase the force of your legs by time in the weight room, and by about 10% a year. But with quickness drills you can cut the time it takes to kick, and also the time it takes in a non propulsive section of the stroke, the pulling up of the feet to the butt.
I recommend loking at my PowerPoint presentation to the American Swim Coaches Association at http://www.breaststroke.info/ titled "Advanced Breaststroke - Ideas and drills that Work"
